At Snel Solutions, operated by Coastart LTD, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. As our products are digital downloads, refunds are subject to the following terms, in compliance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and regional consumer protection laws.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product is delivered.
Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted if the product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Product Not as Described: If a template feature is missing or significantly different from the advertised description.
Technical Issues: If the product contains defects or errors that cannot be resolved through updates or support.
3. Compliance with Paddle’s 14-Day Refund Policy
Customers may request refunds within 14 days of purchase, as per Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refund eligibility is void if the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.
4. Refund Request Conditions
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of identifying the issue or within Paddle’s 14-day refund window.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
The customer changes their mind after purchase.
The customer cannot use the product due to technical limitations (e.g., incompatible software or lack of knowledge).
The customer fails to contact support or provide a reasonable opportunity for resolution.
6. Refund Process
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment partner and Merchant of Record.
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider.
